The Year 11 Activity Day is a dedicated, full-day program where students step beyond the classroom to engage in activities focused on teamwork, problem-solving, communication and leadership. Students participate in House groups as they rotate through a series of team-building challenges.
Throughout the day, students also spend time with their Pastoral teachers reflecting on their approach to each challenge, identifying effective strategies and considering how these skills can be applied in future learning and school life.
The day builds strong House spirit, with students working together to complete each task while demonstrating resilience, creativity, determination and camaraderie alongside their House mates. The experience strengthens collaboration under pressure, encourages students to recognise individual strengths within their teams and fosters trust. These skills are designed to support both their academic growth and everyday interactions within the school community.
