King's Baptist Church

Our Partnership

King’s Baptist Church (KBC) is a vibrant community of believers who focus on family, belonging and wellbeing. Their love of God and people is expressed during the week in daily life and activities, as well as during the times our community gathers.

Together, King's Baptist Grammar School and King's Baptist Church has moved through all sorts of seasons - to what now forms our vibrant King’s Community; a school and a church on mission together, expressing the good news of the gospel of Jesus in all sorts of ways.

KBC Programs

King’s Baptist Church holds services on Sundays at the following times:

  • 10:00am, except the fourth Sunday of each month
  • 4:00pm on the first and third Sunday of each month

All from across our King's Community and beyond are welcome to attend. These services are a time where we gather to celebrate Jesus and His remarkable grace, remembering who He is and what He has done through singing songs, praying, studying the Bible, and taking communion.

If visiting for the first time, you can expect to meet a warm, casual community that cares about one another and the needs of our city.

As Pastor to Children & Families at King’s Baptist Church, Sharon Dutton coordinates the King’s Kids Playgroup sessions, which run throughout the school term.

Playgroup is a creative and engaging environment created for families and their special little people, aged 0 to 5 years old. It is a time where parents, carers, babies and young children come together in a relaxed environment to socialise and participate in stimulating play.

The Kings Baptist Church Youth Group meets every Friday night during the school term, and welcomes all students in Years 6-12.

Our dedicated team of leaders is passionate about supporting young people through the challenges of this stage of life, offering a space filled with fun, games and meaningful conversations.

Join Paul and Bec each year for The Marriage Course - an inspiring and practical seven-week journey designed to strengthen couples in long-term relationships.

Structured like a date night, each session provides a safe, confidential space to explore seven important topics that help deepen your connection and spark meaningful conversations. Rooted in Christian principles, the course warmly welcomes couples of all backgrounds - whether you share a faith or not.

LifeWell is a faith-based wellbeing service of King’s Baptist Church.

Through an integrated service approach, LifeWell enables people to grow and change in an atmosphere of care and acceptance. The centre offers personal counselling, massage therapy, spiritual direction, nutrition/naturopathy and family therapy, as well as mediation/conflict resolution.

Services are available for both adults and children. LifeWell's aim is to give quality service as they endeavour to help people bring wholeness to their lives and to help them live life well.
