King's is excited to announce the creation of five new leadership roles within our Middle and Senior Schools. These Positions of Responsibility (POR) form a collaborative Curriculum and Pedagogy Team, guiding innovation and excellence in teaching and learning across Years 6–12.

We are seeking creative and collaborative Teachers who are passionate about student-centred pedagogy and committed to coaching and mentoring others. These roles offer dedicated release time to support individual staff and small teams in enhancing all aspects of teaching and learning.

• Leader of Engagement
• Leader of Enrichment and Inclusion
• Leader of Excellence and Innovation
• Leader of Data and Analytics
• Leader of Professional Practice

These leadership roles are fixed-term appointments for three years, underpinned by a permanent teaching position at King’s. Each role attracts a POR Level 2 allowance and includes release time to support leadership responsibilities. At the conclusion of the term, incumbents may reapply or return to their substantive teaching role.
