Year 6 2026 Transition Day
20 Oct 2025

We warmly invite all Year 6 2026 students and parents to the upcoming Year 6 Transition Day. This special day is all about building relationships and excitement for the new school year, so it’s imperative for all students to attend. By the end of the day, your child will have made new friends, become familiar with the Middle School campus, and enjoyed a taste of the specialist subjects they will enjoy next year.

Event Details

  • Date: Friday, 21 November (Week 7)
  • Time: 8:45am-3:05pm
  • Location: Meet in the Middle School Courtyard

While your child is busy making new friends and meeting their Pastoral Teacher, we warmly invite and highly encourage parents to join us for a Parent Information Session, held at the same time as Transition.

After you drop off your child in the Middle School Courtyard, please head over to the King’s Community Centre for morning tea and an informative Parent Information Session, where you’ll learn all about Year 6 at King’s. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other parents and start feeling at home in our Middle School community.

As part of this session, we invite you to experience a heartwarming Middle School Bonfire (Chapel) service and get a glimpse of what the children will be enjoying each week. We also encourage you to stay for a short walk-through of our Middle School facilities, giving you a chance to see the spaces where students will be learning and growing.
